Project Janus - A Game-Based Degree Audit

Project Janus relies on self-monitoring theory to improve student retention the same way that dieters rely on counting calories to help them stay on a diet. The game trick is that this audit makes students want to come back again and again to review their degree audit and monitor their slow, steady progress towards their degree.
